I am showing this order had a single product and was shipped on 4/8 A Friday. And arrived 4 business days later on 4/14 and was signed for. That seems to be within a week, not a month. That is unless Fedex did not deliver it correctly and then went back and redelivered it and never updated their systems. If this was the case we always want customers to let us know they have not received their orders so we can help with claims.
The other two orders that were placed I show were ordered the last weekend of March, both shipped on 3/28 Monday and delivered 3/30. Two days later.
Those are pretty quick shipping times for ground shipping. Again if you had delayed shipping always reach out, one of our reps would have helped open a shipping claim with the carriers. We can not fix issues we do not know about.
