I installed these in my 2000 Q45 AE, had to choose the weld in option due to my car being a touring edition and the spindle replacement not fitting my model. Installation was a breeze, took about 8 hours to install EVERYTHING (including all alignment parts, plus front ball joints) they welded up quickly and nicely, and ride quality was less compromised than expected, as I also installed urethane bushings and a plethora of other parts at the same time. Coilovers look well made, no fitment issues whatsoever. Even with the extreme low option and Swift spring upgrade, the car isn’t quite as low as I pictured, the lowest it’ll go without adjusting preload is about 4 inches, although after driving a while it’ll likely settle a little lower. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase! Pro-tip: if you don’t install the necessary alignment parts such as tension rods, RUCAs, toe rods and traction bars, your alignment will be intensely out of whack. The factory suspension is SO LONG that lowering it caused everything to go insanely out of line, spend the extra cash to get all that too! The fronts come with camber plates, although the front camber was the least of it on this car. Would definitely recommend!
