    Let's see how exchange goes..

These work good for about a month and now they're clunking like crazy in the front end. Shop says they are faulty struts and are causing the clunking noise while traveling over small bumps. No hard use on them car is a daily driver to and from work. Let's see how customer service is with the exchange process to get new ones goes.

    Garbage

I am pretty sure the ones I got from here were already installed and/or refurbished as there were dings, scratches, and overall signs of wear on them already. My problem is that I bought them in the winter and didn't open them until after the return period expired in the spring(I'll own that). I have been dealing with an issue for the better part of 3 months now and can't get rid of a "chatter/clunk/rattle" coming from the front driver's side unit. They are installed correctly(professional shop verified) and everything is torqued to spec. Godspeed's customer service is about as bad as its product. Instead of just warrantying them they keep telling me to send install pics via text to their tech hotline and someone will respond. Well, I've been waiting for a response for almost 3 weeks now. I call them and it's just the same runaround. Send pics of the install and someone will get back to you. I can't wait to get these off my car. Save up a bit more money and get something along the line of BC/Fortune/etc because these are garbage and so is Godspeed's customer service.

Unfortunately Godspeed packing leaves a lot to be desired and some times kits come pretty banged up. They are prices cheap and have to cut back in places like packing.

I do not see any emails or requests from your account for help on this kit. Just from your description of the noise you have it sounds like your shaft nuts are loose on the front coilovers. Which 99% of shops overlook and do not know to check and tighten. The shaft nuts on Godspeed kits is often looser than needed and causes rattles and clunks. To fix this all you need to do is unscrew the damping knobs on the front and then tighten the shaft nut under it. Most of the time this solves the issues right away.
