Let me start by thanking Jon in the Customer Service department for helping me out and staying in contact while he figured out what happened. I had ordered these with 2 day shipping and unfortunately received the wrong coilovers. Called the help line and got Jon who immediately saw that I had paid for 2 day shipping and ordered me another set for my car and had them shipped overnight which I know wasn't cheap. He made it simple, emailed all the return forms I needed and the next day, I got the coilovers and installed them. My Flex rides better than it did stock and handles so much better with these.
