All I have to say is it was an easy install got me to my desired ride hight. But after a week you should always go back and tighten everything down again to minimize the noise you here while the suspension is braking in.
Nothing was damaged really love the coilovers!

install was a breeze, they are extremely low so if you dont want to be a stance boi I suggest you raise them quite a bit but if thats your kick then these are like a cheaper and better function and form, so great option for the price. Super fast shipping, over all great experience. Thanks guys!
I'm very disappointed with the way the manager talked to me, like I wasn't important and he was eager to get off the phone. EXTREMELEY unsatisfied that to return the wrong part was a 25% restocking fee, which is completely absurd on a $700 purchase. Decided to never do business with them and modify the part my self to get rid of the 6⁰ camber in the front. Will never use yall again.
I looked up your order and email. It looks like you have a 15 Civic Si, but ordered for a 12-15 Civic non SI. The 15 Si is a different front lower mount all together. We have a fitment warning on the product page. It looks like we sent you an RMA so we could exchange them for you. When returning we do have a restocking fee, but when exchanging coilovers we do not charge a restock fee. We only charge a re shipping fee which on average is around 50-65$ our cost to reship a new kit out to you once you return the original kit. We would have happily exchanged this for you so that you had the correct parts. It looks like you did not respond once we sent the return authorization form
