I really am not sure how it works from a company standpoint, but it would have been nice to receive new camber bolts with the coil overs. Not so much as a handout but having new hardware is always nice. It just seems like it would go hand in hand with your product. This review, however, doesn’t negate the fact that the coil overs are worth every penny
It’s was delayed for long time and going back and forth with customer service plus didn’t receive my socks for my coilovers as they promise. Customer service is bad. Very unprofessional and can’t even offers any compensation
It looks like your order was a custom build. All custom built BC coilovers take around 3-4 weeks normally. With a worldwide pandemic going on things have been moving a bit slower than normal. We do apologize, it looks like you ordered May 6th and your order went out 6/11 Which is the 5th week. A week outside the normal estimated time frame of BC custom builds. I wish we could get them to every customer faster. It looks like when they updated your tracking our team who is mostly working remotely from the warehouse team did miss the note for the free socks. I will have them send those out to you on Monday morning with 2 day priority mail!
