These coilovers come with Front Spring Rate = 7k Rear Spring Rate = 5k
Custom spring rates are available. You can request custom spring rates by entering the rates you want in the special instructions box after clicking add to cart. Spring rates up to 18K are available in BC Springs. Rates higher then 18K will require Swift spring upgrade.
All extreme low kits, swift springs, and custom rates are considered custom builds and will have a lead time of 2-3 weeks before shipping.
The coilovers arrived in 3 days from time of order. Construction quality is amazing for this price level. I read the instructions and install was easy even in my 1 car garage. Left them as they come right out of box and car looks and works great. Very happy customer here.

Coilovers are awesome and I love the ride
My local shop destroyed the sidewalls of my brand new Michelin super sport tires (0 miles) because the rims wouldn't clear the front suspension without spacers and they failed to check for clearance before test driving it. Wouldn't cover the tires either because I supplied the parts! 2006 cooper s running 215, 45, r17 tires. I think we had to go 5mm spacers all around for continuity. Ended up costing me 315 dollars in tires.
Everything fit and functioned amazing. I put this on my stock MCs and needed to add wheel spacers and New camber plate bolts. The camber plate bolts I changed from Allen to 10mm in order to allow access to the plates. The wheel spacers were needed because I had the wider stock tires (205) on the rim and they rubbed on the struts causing some tire to rub off. Other than that they have been great!
