Godspeed Project's MonoSS is the entry level in their family of single-adjustable coilover kits. These coilovers are designed to be a street friendly race built coilover at an affordable price. MonoSS Coilovers feature a monotube damper that is made out of a carbon seamless steel 52mm tube with a performance internal piston providing maximum damper response. The cold-bent springs are made from high strength SAE9252 steel to optimize the balance between performance and comfort. Using race quality shock oil, Godspeed coilovers can guarantee exceptional damper performance at any temperature on and off the track. The top of the shock is attached to the car using a high quality top hat that features a high performance Japanese KOYO 6204Z bearing pillow ball mount (when applicable). The bottom shock brackets are made out of a T7075 forged aluminum or carbon steel brackets for lighter weight without sacrificing durability which also includes brake line brackets (when applicable). The MonoSS offers 16 level of damper adjustability which can be set to your preference.
Bought these coil overs for my rsx on a budget. They perform great, right amount of stiffness, and lowered enough. It gave me about 3 inches all around and puts the fenders just above the oem tires at the lowest setting. If your looking for track stance this works. If your looking to drag your nuts on the pavement spend more. But if you buy these and want to lower more later you can always buy swift springs. Btw another review said don’t use the tie rod ends, I needed em for extra length cause they’re about a 1/4 inch longer and they work great. Overall happy customer
Install was fairly straightforward however the tie rod ends they give you do not work if you have a stock rsx type s use your old ones do not even try installing the new ones they are to long and do not allow enough travel to fix the alignment next issue is the front coils come with a nice anodized pink on the camber plate however the lower section is a awful pink somewhere just darker then bubble gum pink and it looks either powder coated maybe painted and it is not resilient to damaged have chips in it from installing the springs are white and had several chips from shipping however I didn’t really care to much on that part but you would think they would be wrapped a little better for just over 600 dollars but overall they are not the worst but they are definitely not the best
Ordered the coils on a Monday they came to my house on a Friday installed on Saturday, 16 levels of dampering I ride stiff an it’s a very comfortable ride very smooth all the way around also replaced my ball joints an it also includes tie rods very happy
