General:
Spring Rates: Front Spring Rate = 5k Rear Spring Rate = 6K
The W body Coilovers come with sway bar end-link mounts which are only used on the 2004-2006 Grand Prix, but you can leave them off for all other W-body models.
We Recommend the 8K rate for most cars, and 8k or 10K for V8 cars.
8K and 10K springs will be built to order. around a 3 week lead time

Got these for my 2004 Pontiac grand prix gtp comp edition, I ordered the 8k, I definitely recommend ordering the rear mounts with them though. Instructions are easy to follow, parts were all easy to install, we were able to put them in and go, all were even set, might drop it a little lower but this is my first time having this type of struts so I wasn't sure if it was going to be too low. But the car handles and looks better than ever! First picture is before putting them in and the second one is right after Very happy customer here!
Not too hard to install.. Great look... easy to adjust ... was kinda hoping for a little smoother ride going over the little bumps ...as you really feel everything on the road... but still a good product.. installing the back was a bit of a guess as a guess as to how much of a pre load to add ... as you need to do this set up yourself ... there were not really much in the directions of the install for the rear...but again it really lowered the car .. Thank You
