    • Silver's Suspension North America Warranty Policy:

      Silver’s North America’s products sold on or after January 1st, 2023,  are now covered by an industry leading 5 year limited* warranty.


      For a period of 5 Years, Silver's will cover Hard Parts on the coilovers. Hard Parts are defined as: Upper and Lower Mounts, Top Hats, Camber Plates, Collars, Spring Seats, Spring Perches, and Hardware.


      For a period of 2 Years, Silver's will cover Consumable Parts on the coilovers. Consumable Parts are defined as: Pillow Balls, Radial Bearings, Shocks, and Springs. 


      Warranty is only valid to original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty begins from the original purchase date. Must provide proof of purchase to qualify for warranty claim.


      This warranty covers the physical performance of the following: Mounts, Shock Bodies, Seals, Shafts, Fluids and leaking shocks. This warranty is limited to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.


      Silver’s North America only upholds warranty of its products to the original retail purchaser against defects in workmanship and material.


      This warranty can be void due to ANY of the following:

      • Products were not professionally installed.

      • Products show signs of improper installation, abuse, or damage due to collision or neglect.

      • Products have been modified or altered from their original design and intention.

      • Products that show corrosion, accelerated wear, or damage due to absent or improper preventative steps.

      • Products being used for an application in which they were not designed or advertised.

      • Products were not purchased from an authorized Silver’s North America dealer.

      • Products were sold in violation of our MAP policy. 


      If a product has been found (at Silver’s North America’s discretion) to have failed, the sole item or items will be replaced at no charge (subject to shipping charges) to the customer under warranty.


      If Silver’s North America can determine the failure without reasonable doubt, through detailed communication with the original purchaser via email, phone call, video recording, audio recording, or photo then no product will need to be returned.


      If Silver’s North America deems the product be sent in for inspection to properly determine failure, the customer must do so to fulfill the warranty claim. Shipping will at that time be covered by Silver’s North America via a return label. Upon conclusion of inspection by Silver’s North America, if the part or parts are found to have failed or show fatigue not pertaining to the above mentioned bullet points, failed parts will be replaced and shipping will be covered under warranty. If no failure is found, or failure is caused by the above mentioned bullet points, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to, and from Silver’s North America as well as replacement part costs.


      Megan Racing Warranty Policy:


      Megan Racing products are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to Megan Racing even in situations where you purchased the Megan Racing Product from a third party dealer.


      Warranty only covers the initial purchaser and will not transfer to second-hand users.


      Megan Racing does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation or products purchased from an unauthorized dealer. Failure to provide the required invoice, images and/or warranty claim form will result in the denial of the warranty claim. NO EXCEPTIONS.


      This warranty does not cover: scratches on the products; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear or aging of the product such as discoloration. Damage caused by loose or over-tightened components will be exempt from warranty. OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Do not use this product on vehicles which will be driven on public roads.


      KEEP YOUR FACTORY SUSPENSION. Megan Racing will not provide temporary components to replace parts sent to Megan Racing for inspection. The retrofit of air suspension or similar devices will void warranty.


      All shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. No Exceptions. Megan Racing will ONLY cover shipping back to the customer.


      Megan Racing components are not completely torqued out of the box.


      No Megan Racing reseller, distributor, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Product Warranty. If any term contained herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

      BC Racing Warranty Policy:


      DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

      In the event your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the product while we review you claim. All defective or shipping damage claims must be reviewed by the tech department to confirm the damage is not a result of an improper installation attempt or abuse. If a shipping courier (UPS, USPS, etc) caused the damage, we will begin a damage claim with that courier.


      If replacement part(s) are requested to be shipped prior to the return of the original product, we will temporarily authorize your credit card for the full retail amount of the order until the original product is returned and the RMA is completed.

      Godspeed Warranty Policy:


      Godspeed Project products have been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards. This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or damages on arrival. Only customers purchasing Godspeed Project products directly from Godspeed Project or from authorized retailers or resellers may be covered under our limited warranties.


      Godspeed Project currently provides One(1) year limited warranty from purchase date on all Godspeed Project products, unless otherwise noted.


      Warranty is only VALID for United States customers. Warranty ARE NOT transferable, original proof of purchase required for any warranty claims.


      WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

      • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accidents, abuse or other abnormal use

      • Damage due to improper/unauthorized repairs, modified or altered product

      • Non-Godspeed products (counterfeits)

      • Damage to devices while using our products,

      • Fees for removal, repair, replacement, installation, shipping or other incidental charges. 

      • Wear and tear items such as bearings, bushings, gaskets and ball joints.

      • Exterior finish such as paint chips on painted part(s).

      • The loss of use of product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, labor fee or damages is not covered.

       

      WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

      • Products that arrive damaged

      • Products that have a manufactures defect

      • Products that fail under normal use


      The consumer will be responsible for the removal and freight costs both to and from the Distributor from which the product was originally purchased.

      Fortune Auto Warranty Policy:


      All Fortune Auto coilovers and products are for off road use or Motorsports use ONLY, and may never be installed on vehicles that will be driven on a public road or highway.


      Fortune Auto North American products are covered by a 1 year limited* manufacturers (non-transferable) warranty (from purchase date). This limited warranty covers parts and products that are only used in off road use or Motorsport environments. This limited warranty covers hard parts such as mounts and shock bodies. It also covers consumable parts such as seals, shafts, fluids and leaking shocks. This warranty is limited to the United States and Canada. Parts and labor are covered however shipping is not covered. 


      Generation 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 products are covered by a 5 year limited manufacturers (non-transferable) warranty limited to the United States and Canada. This limited warranty covers hard parts such as mounts, top hats, camber plates and shock bodies for 5 years from the purchase date. It also covers consumable parts such as seals, shafts, fluids, pillow ball mounts and leaking shocks 1 year from the purchase date. Parts and labor are covered however shipping is not covered. 


      Generation 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8 hard parts are defined as: Lower Mounts, Locking Collars, Spring Seats, Spring Gaskets, Top Hats or Camber Plates and Hardware such as studs and bolts. All hard parts carry a 5 year limited warranty on Generation 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 shock absorbers.


      Generation 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8 consumable parts are defined as: Pillow balls, Piston Shafts, Jetting Assemblies, Shaft Seals, O-ring Seals, Shock Absorber Internals, Springs, Shock Absorber Oil, Shock Absorber Fluid & Gas Leaks. All consumable parts carry a 1 year limited warranty on Generation 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8 shock absorbers.


      Fortune Auto North America warranties its products to the original retail purchaser against defects in workmanship and material. 


      The warranty does not apply to the following:

      1. Any products not purchased through authorized Fortune Auto North American dealers.

      2. Any products that show abuse, improper installation or collision.

      3. Any products that are used on public roads, highways, government maintained roads or non motorsport conditions. 

      4. Any products that have been altered in any way. 

      5. Any products that are not professionally installed. 

      6. Any products that show normal corrosion wear and tear.

      Truhart Warranty Policy:


      Shock Absorbers - lifetime structural warranty, two year wear and tear warranty

      Lowering Springs - lifetime warranty

      CamberKits/Control Arms/Suspension Arms/Bushing Kits - lifetime warranty structural warranty, five year wear and tear warrantyCoilovers- lifetime warranty structural warranty, two year wear and tear warranty

      Air Struts - lifetime warranty structural warranty, two year wear and tear warranty

      Air Suspension Management - one year warranty


      Structural Warranty


      Breakage, bending, welds and cracking are covered for the original purchaser on the originally installed vehicle.


      Wear and Tear Warranty


      Wear and tear items such as bushings, ball joints, shock dampening properties/leakage are covered for the original purchaser on the originally installed vehicle.

      Riaction USA Warranty Policy:


      • All Products covered under warranty must be purchased NEW.

      • Warranty is not transferrable between owners.

      • Riaction USA warranty will only cover parts found to be defective due to workmanship or manufacturer defects.

      • Riaction USA warranty will not cover parts that are worn from normal wear and tear, neglect, or modified use.

      • Riaction USA warranty will not cover parts that were applied to vehicles other than the intended vehicle application listed for the product style.

      • Riaction USA warranty will not cover parts that have been modified, customized, painted, dented, rusted or damaged due to installation, or improper adjustment/tuning.

      • Riaction USA warranty will not cover parts that make noise. This includes but not limited to: squeaks, creaks, clunks.

      • Excessive lowering of vehicle and/or modifications outside the scope of approved product application will not be covered under warranty.

      • Riaction USA reserves the right to reject any warranty claims due to unsatisfactory claim, fraudulent parts, distressed parts, or parts not purchased through an authorized Riaction USA distributor.

      • Customer is responsible for shipping on any product back for warranty purposes.

      • Any products that are deemed NOT covered under warranty, Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. This includes but not limited to, new replacement parts, shocks, etc.

      • All warranties are shipped via Standard Ground within the Lower 48 states. Any other shipping methods (overnight, 2-day, etc) will be subject to current shipping rates at that time.

      • Warranties only cover Five8 Industries / RiactionUSA products.

      • For OFF ROAD use only.

      Five8 Industries Warranty Policy:


      • All Products covered under warranty must be purchased NEW.

      • Warranty is not transferrable between owners.

      • FIVE8 warranty will only cover parts found to be defective due to workmanship or manufacturer defects.

      • FIVE8 warranty will not cover parts that are worn from normal wear and tear, neglect, or modified use.

      • FIVE8 warranty will not cover parts that were applied to vehicles other than the intended vehicle application listed for the product style.

      • FIVE8 warranty will not cover parts that have been modified, customized, painted, dented, rusted or damaged due to installation, or improper adjustment/tuning.

      • FIVE8 warranty will not cover parts that make noise. This includes but not limited to: squeaks, creaks, clunks.

      • Excessive lowering of vehicle and/or modifications outside the scope of approved product application will not be covered under warranty.
