Okay this is my experience installing these coilovers. In the front everything went smooth until we went to close the hood. The hood would not close with the dampening adjusters so i have to ride with them off. Then in the rear we had to drill out the holes for the bottom mounting of the strut because the bolts do not fit. They dont provide you with ANY hardware.
If your front damping knobs are hitting the hood after install you will want to go back through the install. That means something is not on the shock correct or the mounts are going bad. Those front mounts from GM tend to pop up when they are on the verge of tearing and when they tear they send the shock shaft up into the hood every time the suspension cycles. I would look through that install and possibly get new mounts before it anything bad happens.
All the hardware needed should be reused from the car on that kit. The rear bolts may be snug, but we have not had anyone mention needing to drill the rear to make a bolt fit.
