After putting my order in and after waiting a few days for tracking info, I emailed the “contact us” line and asked if there was an issue with my order. Within hours, I got a response back explaining exactly what was going on and how their inventory count was slightly off. No excuses, just honesty, just a clear answer. The specific bushings I ordered were currently still in production to restock CD. So the owner (I believe) upgraded me to a nicer version bushing of what I ordered since there was an inventory miscalculation and he covered the difference in price. It also shipped in TWO DAYS.
In my opinion, they couldn’t of done anything better as far as explaining the issue, being straightforward and honest, and solving the issue.
