You reached out and asked to open a return. We asked questions to see if you qualified to return the product. We explain in our return policy and even on the product page itself that once you install the springs you can not return them. We can not take back a product that is dirty, grease, scratched up, or been visibly used. How are we supposed to sell that to the next person with a clear conscience and tell them its brand new when its been installed on a car?
Now if you can look at the springs and see no signs of installation and they are clean and free of scratches and the box they came in is in fairly good shape then by all means return them and the return team will inspect them and if they see no signs of install or use then they will approve the return and refund the order in alignment with our policy.
You are still welcome to open a return if you feel the product is passable of a return inspection.
