    Technical:

      • Coilovers use 46mm pistons and 53mm shock housings, the enlarged shock cartridges with specially designed pistons and rods provide a wide range of dampening force
      • Valves are constructed of special spring steel, which outperforms stainless steels and produces longer valve life. Valve stacks use a patented deflective system to provide more precise control
      • Patented concave lower locking ring, to prevent unseating
      • Springs are made of SAE9254 high strength, durable steel. Compression tested at over 500,000 times with less than 5% deformation
      • T6061 Aluminum utilized in spring locks and seats for strength and weight savings
      • Iron lower brackets on MacPherson struts to ensure rigidity
      • Piston rods are constructed of highly polished steel to lengthen oil seal life and prevent leaking
      • High pressure inner rod guide seals ensure a perfect fit for consistent fade resistant damping and long shock life
      • 2 step coating process utilizing nickel and chromium plating to prevent corrosion
      • Newly developed lubricant oil in all shock cartridges minimizes aeration and cavitation
      • An additional bearing beneath each pillowball mount provides a smooth action and prolongs the life of the pillowball itself.

      Beyond pleased with my purchase

      *2nd review*I ordered the w211 airmatic coilover conversion kit. Other than the rear lower control arms its direct bolt up so for the price the difference is still more than worth it. I would go with bc racing over arnott and strutmasters for the fact that you cant gurantee how the car is going to sit. Most likely will sit up high and the bcracing coilovers eliminates the chance of the akward stance. The quality of the suspension is great. Only thing i could ask for different is a airmatic bypass to get rid of warning lights and direct fit for the rear control arms but for the price and quality i can deal with finding lcas and another way to bypass.

      Love them

      I have a 2007 Mercedes E550 and I stared to have Airmatic issues so I decided to convert to coilovers. Install was not too bad it took about 2 days for me at home with basic tools and no lift. Would recommend for anyone.

      Best decision ever made !

      If your on the fence and reading this, just do it trust me ! My 2004 E500 not only rides better it handles like a completely different car. Some will say the air suspension rides better, yeah if you're into that floaty not attached to the road feeling and also when its working properly which on a 17 year old car is hard to accomplish. Install was very simple and took maybe 4 hours. I did not adjust the ride height and installed at the set height they came at and the car sits perfect for a daily driver. Soft/stiff dampening is set right in the middle and I cannot tell a loss in ride quality, only a gain on how much better the car feels on the road

      Best choice when converting an airmatic suspension which is way too expensive to install to a 2004 E500 Mercedes, hopefully this will last until i finally say bye bye to this car.
