My package came in 4 days and my car ride and height is amazing. You guys communicated wit me with me through every single question I had which is a huge plus. Thank you guys a lot.
The coilovers ride great, almost unnoticeable from factory. I have no problems with the BC coilovers, however, I do have a problem with how y’all handle shipping. You ship signature required and don’t specify that anywhere on the website. I’m hoping you will after this review.
Long story short, if you’re not home the entire day your order is supposed to be arrive then you’ll have to try and catch them the next day and then the following day after that... if you don’t catch them after the 3rd attempt then your order will get sent back. That’s pretty lame if you’re working like I am. It made receiving this order extremely hard and caused a lot of unnecessary wasted time. When I tried to call customer service to resolve this problem quickly it was like a huge inconvenience for you all to call UPS and have it sent to a pickup location. Won’t be ordering from this website again.

We explain in pretty good detail in our order confirmation email that is sent right after you complete the order that we require signatures on all coilover shipments due to the value of them. We also explain the process to email us to request a pickup hold. Which we do very for customers everyday. We simply can not allow packages to be left at the door because of thefts, we would then have customer complaining that their packages were stolen and that we could not help them due to not having any protection like signature requirements. Our phone reps will gladly put in pickup requests with no issues. Please reach out to us if you ever need anything. We try to keep our emails answered daily and we also have live chat on our website that is manned 11am - 8pm every day.
