James had some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with and within a few days I see that the shipping status has changed and I got my part super quick. The icing on the cake is when James even hooked me up with a free shirt! installing was easy, just follow the steps and take the rubber mounts from OEM front struts. I just need it lower in the back like the other person who put a picture up of their impala (IG - 2two7seven0 if u have questions)
