A week after I had placed my order, I had not been notified about shipping. After contacting Coilover Depot, they told me it will take about a month for production to be ready. I wasn't in a hurry, so the wait wasn't a big deal, however it would have been nice to be notified proactively.
As for the coilovers themselves, you can tell BC didn't put much thought into making them. I have BC coilovers on my other cars, so I do like them. The problem with these is you can forget about making dampening adjustments. The front adjustments are on the top. It will require drilling of the cross member and the plastic rain tray just to see the knobs. If you don't order the dampening adjustment extensions, that is exactly what you will do. Just stare at those knobs. If you want the ability to make adjustments (after you have drilled through), get the extensions. As for the rears, forget about adjusting too. I lowered the car 1.5" all the way around. The gap is only big enough for my finger to touch the adjustment knob. Not enough to get a grip to turn it. You will need to jack up the rear of the car just to adjust the dampening. Needless to say, BC doesn't really care much for user accessibility on these coilovers. That is unfortunate.
Currently I have the dampening on the softest setting. It is very close to stock comfort. It is a bit stiffer, but still comfortable. Noise is just a tad more noticeable than stock due to the pillow ball mounts, but bad at all. I just wish BC had put more thought into developing this unit.
